De Colores!

Now accepting pilgrim and team applications for WNC Cursillo #73!

We are excited to announce that WNC Episcopal Cursillo will hold its spring co-ed Cursillo weekend on May 10-13, 2012!

We are accepting both team and pilgrim applications at this time. Please download and print a PILGRIM APPLICATION or TEAM APPLICATION, fill it out and mail it to us or hand it to a secretariat member at the next gathering.

Share the experience. Make a friend, be a friend, bring a friend to Christ.

ULTREYA!

Welcome…

We read often in the gospels the invitation to “come and see”. Cursillo is “come and experience”. Experience what? The living Christ manifest in your brothers and sisters and wrapped in the love of Holy Spirit.

For many people, their Cursillo weekend has been a turning point as they gain a practical guide to knowing and embracing their faith consciously and intentionally. If you’d rather first “come and see”, I invite you to attend an Ultreya, our informal gatherings in which we share our lives, sing uplifting songs, and support each other.

If you don’t find what you seek on the website regarding Cursillo, please email me or your deanery representative using the provided email contact button.

Blessings,

Don Miller

Lay Director WNC Cursillo 2010-11

Announcements…

Clausura!

Cursillo 72 Clausura — All are welcome!

Remember the first time you walked into a closing and saw the community? Let’s do it again Sunday, Nov 20, 2011 at Saint James in Black Mountain. Plan to be in the pews by 3:30 for the entrance of the new Cursillistas at 4 PM.

Because of your generosity in the past we have been able to provide weekend scholarships as needed. Your offering gifts on Sunday will allow us to continue this tradition.

Following the service we (the community) will host a reception. Please bring a modest food dish to share.

May God continue to bless us all.
